Picking Up the Broken Pieces

My life mottos have always revolved around the idea that God restores my brokenness.
Tetelestai.
Kintsukuroi.
2 Corinthians 12:9.
These truths will sustain & restore me for the rest of my days.

Because in Him, I am whole.
In Him, there is hope for a better (a whole) future.
In Him, I can overcome any & all things.
In Him, I am loved.
So utterly loved.

So when it begins to hurt, & the thorns begin to cripple me,
I look upon the face of Jesus & remember that in Him, I am promised a life of complete restoration & joy.
No strings attached.

With this reminder, I say with courage:
My friend, this too shall pass.

So may I continue on in this road of chaos, sin, & brokenness, & emerge with boldness, growth, & victory.

There is nothing that can separate me from Your love,
nothing that disqualifies me from your promises,
nothing more that I want than to know you deeply, my Lord Jesus.
So would you pick up the broken pieces, & make something beautiful out of me.
